Hi there. My name is Carly and I'm a mom, pet mom, hospice nurse, writer, lover of all things vegan food and a widow. I'm here to share some life and hopefully help some people see that you can get past the hard times. I hope I can inspire you to feel your feelings, talk about things that people are afraid to talk about, eat good food, love your people and most importantly, love yourself and your life. It sure is a winding and strange trip being alive right now, let's try to form a community and navigate the hard stuff together.
